3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: If you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.​
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders canceled before shipment will not incur any charges.​

4. Exceptions

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.​
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.​
